REGISTER FOR AZ & ut CCW CLASS

1. Find class date and location.  Choose either the one-state option for $110 (instruction, certificate of completion & fingerprinting/photo services); or two-state option for $140 (2nd state added complete with services).
2. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email confirmation with additional class information.  If you use Paypal, this will be sent to the email address your Paypal account is associated with so please remember to check that one.
3. For multiple registrations, you will have to complete each transaction separately.

REFUND POLICY:  

• Once private lesson or CCW class is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued.  The payment will be put on credit for another private lesson date (within 30 days), or CCW class (next available class listed).  Reschedules will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee.
• Multiple cancellations or reschedules: 2 cancellations / reschedules within 2 months will result in no refunds or credit being offered.   
• If CT Firearms Instruction finds the need to cancel a lesson or class for any reason, the student(s) will have the option of applying the training fees to future lessons or classes or given a full refund.
• For the AZ & UT CCW course, a minimum of 3 registrations is required in order to put on the class.
